Neighbours Finale goes up in smokeThursday 11 November 1999

The 1999 season finale of Network Ten's Neighbours ends on a smokey cliffhanger.
Whilst Ramsey St is celebrating the new Millennium with a lavish party, the Scully's house is ablaze. They are quick to realise that Louise is trapped inside and Drew and Karl rush into the flames to save her. Drew discovers her curled up in the kitchen, bundles her up and makes for the door. On the way through his clothing catches on fire. Outside he is tackled to the ground to smother the flames. Ambulances rush in but are they in time to save Drew and Louise's lives?
The final episode for the millennium airs Friday, November 26 at 6.30pm.
