More Big SkyThursday 14 August 1997 By eBroadcast Staff and agencies.
Network Ten has commissioned another 13 episodes of Big Sky. The shooting will start in October.
Network programming chief Ross Plapp says "the show has now settled in with a steadily increasing audience around the country."
I guess whatever ratings the show is getting seems to be within the bounderies of what Ten is looking for by way of audience and demographics. All reports I keep getting is that the show is not the hit that Ten would like us to believe it is. It must be the overseas sales that keeps the show going. Who says the home country audience is the one that counts?
