Since leaving the hugely successful comedy series Spin City, Michael J. Fox has wasted no time in finding a new career: writing.
The actor, who first came to prominence in the 80's sitcom Family Ties, has signed a multi million dollar deal with Hyperion Press to write an account of what it is like to live with Parkinson's Disease, an ailment the 39 year old actor has coped with for nearly a decade.
Fox plans on giving all the proceeds of the book to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
