Radar Shut Out In NYC

clearance in all the major US markets on public TV. That plan hit a snag last week when both public stations in the New York market, channel 13 in NYC, and channel 21 in Long Island, took a pass on Radar and Pets.
Radar has not given up hope, recently re-pitching the stations on the show. "They really are missing something because so much of the first season is New York. There's one story from New York in almost every episode and they're wonderful stories."
Pets is a half-hour show that celebrates the relationship between humans and their domestic animal companions.
