Australia's first live 24-hour weather news channel, Weather 21 was switched on in nearly 300,000 households as of the 1st January 1999.
Weather 21 operates on the AUSTAR pay TV network and provides detailed weather information and analysis all day, every day, right across the country.
"Weather 21 features an experienced team of reporters presenting the most accurate meteorological data available in Australia" says Managing Director Richard Finlayson, "It is Australia's only weather news channel featuring live presenters and meteorologists with the ability to interpret complex weather patterns for regional audiences".
On-air faces include former ABC weekend weather presenter Allan Humphries, meteorologist Mark Hardy and Network 10 news and environment reporter Lyndal Davies.
