On Sunday November 23td at 7:30pm the new U.S. animated hit comedy series, King Of The Hill will make its Australian debut on the Seven Network.
The show is from the producers of The Simpsons and the creator of Bevis and Butthead and is even outrating its US timeslot partner, The Simpsons.
The series revolves around the Hill family of Arlen, Texas. The family is comprised of::
Hank Hill - head of the tribe and proud assistant manager at the Strickland Propane Company. He loves his ride-on mower, drinking beer in the front yard with his buddies, tinkering with his truck and playing his old guitar nicknamed, Betsy.
Hank is married to Peggy - a six foot strong-willed but straight-laced Texan lady whose main claim to fame is her substitute teacher of the year award.
12 year old Bobby is the Hill’s only child - a Nintendo fanatic with a passion for faddy music and entertainers and who has little energy to anything that requires travelling too far away from the couch.
The remaining member of the household is Hank’s niece, Luanne, a blossoming beauty school teenager whose short visit to the Hills just keep getting extended week after week as Hank tries to grapple with the complexities of women and their abundance of misplaced underwear.
King Of The Hill features the voices of creator Mike Judge, “Sister Act’s” Kathy Najimy, Pamela Segal and Brittany Murphy.
