David Spade, the star of the television comedy Just Shoot Me, is recovering well after being attacked by an employee in his Beverly Hills home.

Police responded to a call from Spade's home to discover the actor injured from a stun gun attack. Police later arrested the funny man's personal assistant, David Molloy, before charging him with attempted burglary and assault with a deadly weapon.

Prior to finding International success with Just Shoot Me, Spade was a regular on cult American television show, Saturday Night Live.
