The Jerry Springer Show heads a revitalised Saturday lineup on Channel Ten, beginning December 5 1998.
This one-hour talk show is the fastest rising show in the history of television - the fights, the fans and the flying chairs have become part of the cultural language of talk show television in the USA. Controversial for its violence, voyeurish and vulgarity it is these very elements that have captured its huge audience share overseas.
