Ten announced today it will renew it’s cops and robbers drama White Collar Blue, for a second season.
To screen in early 2003 (with repeats during the Summer), White Collar Blue is a lucky survivor in the large pool of new drama offerings this year, as Ten’s General Manager, David Mott, readily admits.
"Against two of the toughest shows on the schedule (24 and Who Wants to be a Millionaire) WCB has done a sensational job for Ten.”
“The decision to renew is a real testimony to the quality of the production and the team behind it”
The renewal is also a mark of faith of Ten’s new drama chief, Sue Masters.
“We're looking forward to a very exciting year, building on the strengths of our existing dramas and showcasing a wonderful slate of telemovies and mini-series”
