wowed 'em with Torn, has been nominated for Best Female
Video and Best New Artist in a Video. In the Australian division
of the awards she is also nominated for Best Australian Music Video,
as is that other Neighbour, Kylie Minogue, for

Commonwealth Games will soon be upon us. This is where the
new champions emerge, and some of them will also be at Sydney 2000.

The 50th Annual Emmy Awards
Sam Neill has been nominated for his role in Merlin.
Yeah, I know he's a New Zealander, but he's been in Aussie productions and
he's kind of one-of-us. The only other Australian connection is Moby
Dick, which was filmed in Australia.
