Move over Bardot, we have some yanky boys for you.

ABC America will screen the first episode of Making the Band this week, a reality show with the goal of creating an all-boy band.

From the makers of MTV's The Real World, the 13 episode series will choose five guys to form the new group 'O-Town'. Viewers will get to watch the audition process (from about 1000 hopefuls), dance and singing training, behind-the-scenes scandals and the eventual release of a CD.

Sounds (awfully) familiar, don't it?
