Television without Heather Locklear is like a hotdog without the bun

We were barely able to start suffering "Heather withdrawal" before producers of Spin City decided Locklear might do something to their ratings. Like, make them go up. Over the years the spicy seductress has made a lot of "other" things go up as well.

There's nothing on paper yet, but there's a good chance the 37 year-old Melrose Place alum will take the rumored offer. Hopefully her character will be a liberated woman-type who wears short skirts, no bra, and very tight fitting shirts (preferably white).

Spin City would be the blonde bombshell's fifth television series.
