New Idea and Channel 7 have announced the 1998 People's
Choice Awards nominees.
Due to be broadcast on November 27, one of the categories to watch will be
Favourite Comedy Show.
The Nominees are:

2. Frontline
3. Full Frontal Best of series
4. Funniest Home Video
5. Good News Week
6. Hey Hey it's Saturday
7. Something Stupid
8. The Footy Show (AFL)
9. The Panel
10. Totally Full Frontal
Interesting line up isn't it? The new Totally Full Frontal
series is in competition with the best of its old series. Likewise, the
women of Something Stupid are competing with the work they
did in the original Fast Forward. Rob Sitch from
The Panel is also competing with his alter ego, Mike
Moore, in Frontline.
Victory in this category could be bitter-sweet.
