Frontline, the ABC comedy that savagely targeted
commercial current affairs shows, returns to TV soon, but this time it will
be shown on Channel 7.
One wonders how Stan Grant, the former Real Life
presenter, feels about this. Grant, who now fronts 11AM, was often used as inspiration for the Mike Moore character.
One also has to wonder if this repeat season of Frontline
will be cut or modified in any way. Will the colorful dialogue
remain intact? Will it be shortened to allow for more advertising? What
will be left in? What will be taken out? And Why?
I predict that if it is altered in any way, viewers will roast Channel 7
alive!
