Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide viewers watch Nine's mega hit, "The Footy Show" (AFL based) on Thursday night and then we are subjected to the Sydney based "Footy Show" right after the news.
Why?
The show is not funny and cannot even be mentioned in the same breath as the original show. Yet we have to watch it because the Nine Sydney based executives favour Rugby.
I have nothing against Rugby but I do have something against being force-fed a show that does not appeal one iota to me (and I am not alone with these thoughts and observations).
Just another "flexing" of the network muscles, I guess.
