Australian company Beyond Distribution is packaging Joan Collins' next television project, "Joan Collins -- Journeys of a Lifetime." Beyond will seek co-financing and presales for the three-hour series, which is described as a "uniquely personal exploration of the people and places that have shaped an extraordinary career."

The project will be launched at MIPCOM later this month in France. Collins, who will be at MIPCOM to help promote the series, will act as host and guide to "an insiders" view of extravagant and romantic places. "Journeys of a Lifetime" will be produced by Beyond Prods., the production arm of the Beyond Group, and local company Shooting Star Films in association with Los Angeles-based Lance Reynolds Prods.
