The Ten Network is currently producing a new game show called
Battle of the Sexes. If this program is based on the radio
segment of the same name, then Ten could be on to a winner.
On radio, the segment takes the format of guys vs. gals answering trivia questions about the opposite sex. So guys get questions about cosmetics, weddings and girly stuff, and gals get questions about fishing tackle, boat engines and blokey stuff. Their answers can be hilarious.
If this format can be transferred to TV, then the No. 3 Channel could
find itself with a hit on its hands. But who will host it? The program
deserves equal male and female co-hosts, who can match wits and spar
verbally with each other.
Memo to Ten: Don't call Greg Evans and Kerrie Friend.
