1999 Emmy Awards Rundown

Monday 26 July 1999
By eBroadcast Staff and agencies.

The Emmys are here, the Emmys are here! Well, not quite yet, but we do have the latest Emmy nominations hot off the press. Not only do we have the nominations for the Emmys, but we took the liberty of sifting through all the lame ones to list the most important (who really cares about the nomination for Best Dramatic Sitcom Involving a 220 lb. Midget Wearing a Kilt?).

We know you can't wait to find out who is going to win, but you don't have a choice. The Emmy Awards are not actually taking place until Sunday, September 12, from the Los Angeles Shrine Auditorium. America's FOX has the rights to this one in the States, with Channel Ten broadcasting them here in Australia.

What do you think of the nominations? Who do you think will win? Did TV sort of suck last season, or are we the only ones who think that? Let us know.
